APPLICATION INFORMATION What We Are Looking For
In this third year of the Napier Awards, we encourage applicants’ creativity in defining their projects and are happy to receive a wide variety of proposals. We encourage practical, hands-on work which will prepare applicants for leadership in their chosen fields. It is expected that applicants will have taken the initiative to establish a collaborative relationship with one or more local individuals and/or organizations where the project would be carried out. The sketches of earlier Napier Fellows suggest the variety of possible project proposals. Applicants will be graduating seniors from the five Claremont Colleges who have demonstrated outstanding leadership promise in some aspect of the quest for a just, peaceful and sustainable world.
